PropTrova exists because commercial real estate decisions are still assembled by hand from fragments that disagree with one another, under time pressure, and then defended from memory. We think the work should arrive with its evidence attached, its uncertainty stated, and a named person in control of what is finally released.
What we believe
Four positions we will not trade away
- A conclusion without an openable record is an opinion with a footnote.
- A model may read and reason; it may not produce a number.
- What the record does not reach is part of the answer, not an embarrassment to be hidden.
- The final word belongs to a person, and that person should be named.
Where we are
Early, deliberately
PropTrova is being built with a small number of working commercial real estate teams rather than launched broadly. Access is granted to firms willing to put real properties through it and tell us where it falls short. We do not publish customer names, case studies or statistics we cannot evidence.
