Evidence and governance

Every material conclusion should have a provenance.

PropTrova retains each record it relies on as it stood on the day it was read, dated and fingerprinted, and attaches it to the specific claim it supports. Uncertainty is stated in words. Every consequential action — a confirmation, an adjustment, a rejection, a release — is written to an activity record that administrators can read.

Custody

The record is kept, not merely cited

  • Each source is retained as an original or as a dated, fingerprinted transcript of what it said when it was read.
  • Provenance attaches to the claim, not to the page — you can open one conclusion and see only the records beneath it.
  • Documents gathered during diligence are never altered; extraction happens alongside the original, not on top of it.
  • Each extracted figure keeps its document source and its own confidence; an unsettled line is left open and marked, never guessed.

Uncertainty

Confidence stated in words, not scored in secret

A conclusion is described as established, inferred, or not established — and where it is inferred, the basis is given. Conflicts between sources are shown as conflicts. Nothing is averaged into a single tidy number that hides how it was reached.

Control

Who may see it, who may change it, who may release it

  • Workspaces are isolated: intelligence belonging to one organisation is never visible to another.
  • Roles govern what a person may do; more than one administrator is permitted, and the last administrator cannot be removed.
  • Access requests, invitations and role changes are recorded with who acted and when.
  • Final diligence is released by a person, never by the system, and the release is recorded with its conditions.

What this does not do

Stated limits

Custody and audit describe how PropTrova handles what it gathers. They are not a claim to any certification, and they cannot make a record exist where no accessible record does.
